Firstly thank you for taking the time to stop and look at my website. I have been a professional photographer for 26 years now getting my first job at a local newspaper at 19. Photography has been my life since then, starting off at the Southport Star and then getting a full time photographer’s position at the Southport Visiter. In 2008 I moved up to a daily newspaper and started life at the Liverpool Echo and Daily Post newspaper. In that time I won numerous awards for my work and portfolio winning O2 Photographer of the Year twice, Trinity Mirror Photographer of the Year and shortlisted for many national awards. I live in Ainsdale, Southport with three children Hannah,Luke, Charley and wife Christine. If I’m not walking our Black Labrador Parker then I’m gardening happily away without a care in the world.

My wedding photography has become more of a passion in the last few years and I get a real buzz from being a part of the big day. My style ranges from reportage photography, capturing candid and key moments and not being too intrusive. I always try and get an understanding and feel about each couple before the day. Sharing ideas and making them feel comfortable and not to worry too much about the photography and just enjoy the experience. Think I love the challenge no matter what the weather to create something or a moment that is special to them.

I have featured some feedback from past weddings on my review page. Hopefully it highlights that even when the day is over its amazing what bond you can make after sharing the big day with bride, groom and family.
